You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

🔹 Serial Number Required
Please provide the correct and complete serial number (SN) of your device when ordering. Our engineers will activate your software based on this SN. Incorrect or missing serial numbers may result in delays.
🔹 Where to find the serial number?
The serial number is usually located on the back of your X100MAX2 main unit, labeled as "SN: xxxxxxx".
If you're not sure where to find it, you can place the order first and send us a clear photo of the device's back — we’ll confirm it for you.
📧 Delivery Time
You will receive an email with the activation code within 3 business days after placing the order. Please check your inbox (including spam folder) to ensure timely receipt.
🛑 Important – No Cancellation or Refund After Code Is Sent
As this is a customized digital service, once the activation code has been issued to your email, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, regardless of whether the code has been used.
Please double-check your serial number before purchase.
