Connection Methods
Connect via OBD:

Connect KC100/KC501 to your XTOOL device via USB and prepare KS-1 emulator.

Use the main cable to connect your device (or VCI box) with the M822 adapter.

Connect the Toyota 8A harness to the vehicle’s OBD port.
-
Disconnect the vehicle battery clip and connect it via the wiring harness.
-
Remove the fuse from the fuse box and plug the wiring harness into it.
-
Connect the 12V DC male port on the Toyota cable to the 12V DC female port on the main cable.
Note: Connection steps may vary by model. Extended cables or different fuses might be required. Please consult your XTOOL tablet’s wiring diagrams for detailed instructions.
Connect on Bench:

Connect KC100/KC501 to your device via USB and prepare KS-1 emulator.

Connect the immobilizer to the Toyota bench cable.

Connect the main cable and bench cable through the M822 adapter.

Power the main cable with a 12V DC adapter.

Returns & Exchanges
